1. The beauty of the castle area comes from its continuous cross-sectional changes and changing spatial relations; These features are attributed to the vitality of the castle Avenue V á rk ö R ú t. This dual relationship, called vertical vitality and horizontal diversity, is a feature that designers hope to continue and strengthen in the revival planning of the castle area.

2. The main concept of planning is to make people feel that it is a very important part of the whole area no matter where they stand in the castle area. However, to achieve this goal, relatively mild design techniques must be used, because the historical development facade along the inner and outer curves of the urban area needs to depend on the elements of urban design.

3. After the reconstruction of public facilities is completed, the pavement dominated by new street lights and new sidewalks will be built according to the updated transportation system. Due to the historical environment and previous state, the main goal of the design team is to create a paving with a unified appearance, spread it evenly on the slope, extend beyond the arc, and produce eye-catching visual effects through the material of the paving. In order to form a unified spatial structure, designers chose dark cylinder bricks and granite stripes. The shape of granite stripes is like the staff in music score, which is to coordinate the different characteristics of public space buildings and avoid destroying the integrity.

4. Due to the density of public service network, landscape and plants need more care. Tall trees with high penetrating leaves are planted in the center of the area, and small crown trees are planted next to the building - in part to give a better visual effect to the facade of the historical building. On the other hand, it also meets the needs of different functional sites in areas dominated by human behavior.
